Fees and Payments
- Archimede HK emails invoice on the last day of every month for the current month’s lessons.
- Invoices are payable immediately.
- We accept cheque and electronic transfer. Cheques can be made payable to ‘Archimede HK Ltd’ and our HSBC account number is 741-383350-838 .
- When making a payment electronically, please email us your payment acknowledgement as proof.
- Our rates are advertised on archimedehk.com. We reserve the right to change these rates and historically have done so every August. We will endeavour to give one month’s notice to inform you of rate changes. If there is any discrepancy or conflict, Archimede HK reserves the right to make the final decision.
Cancellation and Late Arrivals
- Class reminders will be sent 48 hours in advance and confirmation reply is required.
- If no confirmation received within 24h, time slot will be automatically released to other students.
- Should you need to cancel or reschedule your class please inform us 24 hours prior to your class.
- Cancellation within 24h of the class or failure to show up to class will result a charge of 100% of the class value.
- For classes made within the 24 hours period, please inform us 6 hours prior to your class or face a 50% charge of the class value.
- Late cancellation due to medical or traffic reasons will not be exempted unless evidence has been provided.
- Repeated incidents (3x within a semester) of this nature will result in fixed time slots being made available for other students.
- Late arrivals will not receive an extension on their scheduled classes.
- Late arrivals exceeding 10 minutes may have to reschedule their booking and will be charged the full amount.
Rainstorms and Typhoons
- Our academy (2 Wang Fung Terrace, Tai Hang) will still operate as usual when the Red Rainstorm Signal or Typhoon Signal No. 3 is hoisted. It is at the discretion of the parents/guardians as to whether it is deemed safe for the child to travel to and from the center. Lessons will be moved to online sessions when the Black Rainstorm Signal or Typhoon Signal No.8 and above is hoisted.
- If any questions arise regarding weather, please contact our office on the day and we’ll confirm if lessons will continue or not.
Lessons Booking and Discontinuation
- Lessons are scheduled on a first come, first serve basis. Priority will be given to existing students.
- If tuition discontinues and then commences at a later date, please note that we may not always be able to continue to provide the same time slot, although we’ll try our best to accommodate you.
- Please provide one month’s notice by email or in writing to inform us if a student is ending tuition with us for any reason.
Terms & Conditions Acceptance and Changes
- Clients and students of Archimede HK are requested to abide by the terms and conditions of use set forth herein.
- Archimede HK reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In the event that any changes are made, the revised terms and conditions shall be posted on this website immediately. Please check the latest information posted herein to inform yourself of any changes.
